We run a strict Challenge 25 policy; anybody who appears to be under 25 years will need to provide photographic evidence of their age. This can be in the form of a UK driving licence, Passport, or military service card. We would highly recommend informing your guests of this policy prior to the event.

Hops & Bubbles bookings are on a first come first serve basis. To confirm and hold a booking, the client must provide a deposit either in cash, by electronic transfer or debit/credit card. The deposit amount will be stated in your quotation or invoice.

For Pre-paid Bars – Hops & Bubbles will contact you at least one week prior to your event to confirm times and the final number of guests or participants. If the number of guests increases at this time, we will adjust the remaining balance accordingly. We are always willing to accommodate additional guests to your event, when possible. For Cash Bars – A deposit is required to hold the date and to cover the cost of the temporary alcohol licence. Card payments accepted subject to sufficient WiFi / 4g coverage at the venue. A minimum spend may be requested for your event. Details of this will be stated in your quotation. A Temporary Event Notice is required for cash bars and will be applied for by Hops & Bubbles. Hops & Bubbles will cover the full cost of this (currently £21) unless the event is cancelled in which case the fee will be deducted from your deposit.

Deposits – The amount of your deposit will be stated in your quotation. Bookings will only be confirmed once your deposit has been received. Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to your event in full. Cancellations made after this time will result in your deposit being kept by us. Deposits will be refunded at the end of your event. Should the government impose any Covid related restrictions at your chosen date of the event, then a full refund will be offered, less the licencing fee (currently £21) if this has been applied for on your behalf.

Security deposit (for equipment hire) – A security deposit is required when hiring any of our equipment for self-use. Security deposits are due upon arrival with your equipment, prior to setting up. This can either be by cash, card or BACS. The amount required as security will be stated on your quotation or invoice and will be fully refunded upon collection of undamaged equipment.

In the event of a cancellation, Hops & Bubbles require notice (verbal or written) 30 days before the date of the event. Failure to do so will result in losing the full deposit amount.
